How to Cook Roast Potatoes with Oven

Today, I want to introduce the roast potato recipe which is made with oven.

Materials: 20 small potatoes, 30g butter, 10g salt, 2g chilli powder, proper amount of chopped black pepper, 5g basil leaves

Steps:

1.       Wrap all the potatoes with large tinfoil; put it into the preheated oven; roast it with 180 degree heat for 15 minutes.

2.       When the potatoes are a little cooled down, cut crosswise on them; sprinkle salt, chili powder, chopped black pepper and basil leaves.

3.       Wrap the potatoes with tinfoil again; put it into the oven to roast with 180 degree heat for 20 minutes.

This roast potato recipe is absolutely simple and you can smell the sweetness of potatoes.
