Easy Grilled Shrimp Cheese Ball Recipe
Materials:
Shrimp 250g
Cheese 100g
1 Egg white
White sugar 5g
Cooking wine 10ml
Soy sauce 10ml
Dry starch 5g
Salt 2g
Oil 100ml
Bread crumbs 30g
Steps:
1.
Cut square cheese into pieces;
strip the shrimps and clean them. Drain the water and then cut shrimp into
paste. Add cooking wine, white sugar, soy sauce, salt, dry starch to stir and
put it aside for five minutes.

Take proper amount of shrimp
paste and roll it in hand; insert some cheese pieces in the shrimp ball

Roll the cheese shrimp ball in
the egg white; then roll it again in the bread crumbs
4.
When the oil is heated to about
60% hot, fry the shrimp balls in the oil until they become golden color. Then
pick them out and drain the oil.
Tips:
The fried cheese shrimp balls could be
cooperated with tomato sauce or salad dressings as you like.
