How to Cook Vegetable Borsch with Microwave

Materials:
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
1/2 cabbage
15mil olive oil
45ml tomato sauce
100ml milk
Proper salt, black pepper
Steps:
1.
Add olive oil in a big bowl and
put the bowl in microwave oven for one minute with high heat.

Chop onions and put them in the
bowl to heat one minute; after frying, put it in microwave oven again for one
minute with high heat.
3.
Dice all vegetables; slice
cabbage; put all of them into the bowl and heat 2 minutes with high heat. Then add
vegetable soup, milk, salt and tomato sauce to heat 5 minutes with middle fire.
Take it out and stir fully. Heat another three minutes and finally sprinkle the
black pepper.
