2 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
1/2 cabbage
15mil olive oil
45ml tomato sauce
100ml milk
Proper salt, black pepper

1.       Add olive oil in a big bowl and put the bowl in microwave oven for one minute with high heat.

2.       Chop onions and put them in the bowl to heat one minute; after frying, put it in microwave oven again for one minute with high heat.

3.       Dice all vegetables; slice cabbage; put all of them into the bowl and heat 2 minutes with high heat. Then add vegetable soup, milk, salt and tomato sauce to heat 5 minutes with middle fire. Take it out and stir fully. Heat another three minutes and finally sprinkle the black pepper.

2 papayas

200g fresh almonds

200ml fresh milk

125ml water


1.       Wash the papaya and cut a cup-shaped part from the top; use metal spoon to scrap the small kernels.
2.       Wash the fresh almonds; deep them in the water; then use food processor to mix the almond and water into almond juice; add proper amount of crystal sugar and milk to boil on pot.
3.       Pour the boiled almond milk into the papaya; cover the cut part on it; steam it above water with high heat for 25 minutes, so that the nutrition and flavor of papaya will melt in the almond milk

Shrimp 250g
Cheese 100g
1 Egg white
White sugar 5g
Cooking wine 10ml
Soy sauce 10ml
Dry starch 5g

Bread crumbs 30g


1.       Cut square cheese into pieces; strip the shrimps and clean them. Drain the water and then cut shrimp into paste. Add cooking wine, white sugar, soy sauce, salt, dry starch to stir and put it aside for five minutes.

2.       Take proper amount of shrimp paste and roll it in hand; insert some cheese pieces in the shrimp ball

3.       Roll the cheese shrimp ball in the egg white; then roll it again in the bread crumbs

4.       When the oil is heated to about 60% hot, fry the shrimp balls in the oil until they become golden color. Then pick them out and drain the oil.


The fried cheese shrimp balls could be cooperated with tomato sauce or salad dressings as you like.

Personal Recipe: How to Cook the Mushroom Cheese Rice

Materials: 15g nameko, 1/4 onion, 2 pieces salami, 1 celery stems, 15ml olive oil, 5g salt, 3g white pepper, 15g canned corn kernels, 15g canned peas, half bowl of cheese, a bowl of cooked rice


Shred the salami; dice the nameko, onions and celery stems. Set high fire for two minutes on microwave oven and use olive oil to fry onion dices.

Add nameko, salami, celery, corn, peas into it and cook with four minutes’ high fire on microwave oven. Add salt and white pepper white; remember to stir it during the process.

Take another big microwave container; put the rice in the bottom, and cover the rice with a layer of the cooked vegetables in the second step.

Easy Healthy Bacon Banana Recipe
